Great recipe, however I have never made mango salsa so I had to go find a video on how to peel and dice it and construct it. I also had some leftover yellow rice that paired nicely. It’s was a pleasant surprise. The flavors worked well together. I really enjoyed it - the shrimp, rice, and salsa very yummy.

So glad you enjoyed it!! 🥭🍤 And you’re not alone—mango can definitely feel intimidating the first time, so kudos to you for jumping in and making it happen 👏🏽 Love that you paired it with leftover yellow rice too, that’s such a perfect match and a great way to use what you already had on hand. Hearing that the shrimp, rice, and salsa all worked so well together makes us so happy. Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback—it truly means a lot 💛
