Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned chicken breast. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool slightly. Once cooled, slice or chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
