Step 1
Remove the chicken from the bag, shred the meat, and set it aside. Do not discard the juices remaining in the bag.
1 Costco rotisserie chicken

Add the warm cooked rice directly into the rotisserie bag to soak up the juices.

Step 3
Add the shredded chicken, chopped scallions and cilantro, and the sauce mixture into the bag.

1 tbsp Soy sauce or liquid aminos
Step 4
Seal or hold the top of the bag tightly and shake vigorously until everything is evenly coated.
