How do I know how much to eat without over eating. I will making this for dinner for my daughter and I for at least 3days but I want to know how do I measure how much I should in one sitting or serving

This recipe is written to make 6 total servings. So if you and your daughter each have 1 serving per day for 3 days, that’s exactly the 6 servings the recipe is designed for, you’re already doing it right 🙌 To make it easy, once the meal is cooked, just divide it evenly into 6 equal portions. One portion = one serving for one meal. That’s your guide for how much to eat in one sitting. If you’d like, you can also use the serving size adjustment inside the app to customize any recipe here in the app(for example, changing it to 3 or 4 servings), and the app will automatically adjust the amounts for you.
