Step 1: Prep the Filling

Add ground chicken to a bowl and add liquid aminos, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and white pepper.
4 oz Lean ground chicken
1 tsp Liquid aminos
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 tsp Minced ginger
1 pinch White pepper

Stir in nappa cabbage and carrots. Fold in green onions.

Step 2: Layer the “Lasagna”

Layer like this: Dumpling wrapper, chicken mixture, dumpling wrapper, chicken mixture. Repeat until full, finishing with a wrapper on top. Add water on top. Press gently to compact layers.

Step 3: Steam

Add to pot of water filled halfway of the ramekin and close lid. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Finish It Off 🔥

Drizzle chili crunch oil on top. Sprinkle extra green onions. Let sit 5 minutes before digging in (it sets like real lasagna).
